Last year, only two goslings survived
to adulthood.
I feel so helpless. I do everything in my power to help the wildlife, and then, I am ultimately faced with the Law of the Jungle. Stillwater is considered a bedroom community
to the twin cities, yet in spite of its proximity to civilization, this is still
quite a wild place. When we first moved
here in 1969 we decided to have barn cats to control the rodent
population. All disappeared in a matter
of weeks. Today, my two cats are never
allowed to go outdoors.
