Thoughts for the Work Week Ahead

Frank Lloyd Wright, undoubtedly the most influential American architect of the 20th century, was inspired by nature.   He believed that buildings can, and should,  exist in harmony with their natural environment. Throughout the masterpieces he designed, you feel a direct connection to the outdoors.  Each window’s purpose is to serve as a picture frame to showcase the landscape.

To learn more about Wright’s signature achievement, Fallingwater, which is located in the Bear Run Nature Rerserve in Southwestern Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands, please visit the official website.

And watch this wonderful video which takes you thru the construction via computer generated technology.
